Stealth startup Patent-pending technology Aging at home

A brighter day for aging at home.

Day Bright Co is building for the human moments that happen between care visits. Our mission is to help older adults live with greater confidence, dignity and connection — while giving families and care teams more continuity without making home feel clinical.

We are intentionally operating in stealth. Public information is limited to our mission, design principles and the care problem we are working to solve. Product architecture, technical implementation and feature detail are not being publicly disclosed at this stage.

Why we exist

Care isn't only what happens during a visit.

Real life continues for the many hours between scheduled care interactions. A missed routine, a difficult walk across the room, a moment of uncertainty, or simply the need to feel connected can all happen when no one else is there. We believe the next generation of aging support should be designed for that in-between time — quietly, respectfully and around the person.

Aging at home is about living, not being monitored. The goal is confidence and continuity while preserving independence, privacy and ordinary life.
01

Older adults want agency.

Support should feel respectful and useful — not like surveillance, loss of control or a reminder that someone is “being cared for.”

02

Families want reassurance.

Adult children and loved ones need context without having to call constantly, guess what happened, or coordinate care through scattered texts and missed messages.

03

Care teams need continuity.

Human caregivers remain essential. Better support between visits can help their judgment, attention and time go further without pretending technology can replace human care.

Our mission
Help people age with more confidence in the place they call home — and help the people who love and support them feel closer, not more burdened.

We are bringing together human-centered design, care continuity and physical AI with a simple belief: the best technology should recede into everyday life. It should be calm, understandable, trustworthy and useful — supporting routines and relationships without becoming the center of them.

A trusted companion that gets better over time.
One human mission. Built for the journey ahead.
Building quietly. Listening loudly.

We're in stealth — by design.

Day Bright Co is developing a human-centered physical AI and care-continuity platform for aging at home. We are deliberately not publishing product renders, technical architecture, component choices, autonomy methods, care workflows or detailed feature claims while our intellectual-property and evidence work progresses.

What we are comfortable sharing is the promise behind the work: create useful presence in the home, strengthen continuity around the person, keep humans at the center, and build a platform that can become more capable over time without repeatedly asking families to start over.

How we build

Warmth is a product requirement.

For a technology to earn a place in someone's home, technical performance is only part of the job. Trust is built through restraint, consistency, respect and a clear understanding of where humans must remain in control.

1Dignity before data.Collect and share only what supports a clear purpose, with meaningful permissions and understandable choices.
2Humans stay central.Technology should extend care continuity and capacity — never pretend that empathy, judgment and relationship can be automated away.
3Useful before impressive. We value reliable everyday support over theatrical autonomy or novelty for its own sake.
4Evidence before scale.Safety, trust, supportability and real-world value come before broad deployment or expansive claims.
5Built for the journey. The relationship should endure as needs change. Capability can evolve without treating trust as disposable.
About us

A small founding team built around one very human problem.

Day Bright Co is a stealth-stage company focused on helping people age at home with greater confidence, dignity and connection. We combine company-building, caregiving insight and robotics engineering while keeping the public conversation centered on the people we hope to serve — not on unrevealed product detail.

Day Bright began with lived experience, not a market thesis alone. Kevin and Sudarshan joined hands because both have gone through — and continue to go through — the trials and tribulations of being primary caregivers to aging parents and close relatives. That experience shapes how we think about dignity, independence, family anxiety, the gaps between care moments, and what genuinely useful support should feel like in a home.

Our product and engineering work is supported by The Robot Foundry, the founding product & engineering partner behind Day Bright's robotics development.

Care continuity

The person is at the center. Everyone else forms the circle.

Aging support often spans family members, paid caregivers, agencies, senior-living teams, clinicians and trusted friends. Our direction is to help that circle stay coordinated without turning a person's home into a control room.
